A vivid view after releasing fibrous adhesions around the right sciatic nerve of a ten-year-old child after being exposed to an intramuscular injection directly into the nerve by mistake, which resulted in a fall in the right foot. After the failure of conservative treatment for eight weeks, exploratory surgery was performed to free the nerve from adhesions as it is illustrated in the picture.
