large meningioma at the base of the skull on the left temporal side

A huge meningioma at the base of the skull on the left side, extending into the temporal lobe and part of the frontal lobe, compressing the optic nerve, carotid artery, and left median artery. It clearly compresses all parts of the left hemisphere of the brain. It was completely removed without any significant brain problems, as shown by the radiographs in the follow-up four months after the surgery. The 50-year-old patient was suffering from persistent headaches, seizures and visual impairment. The patient is in very good condition and is going about her life as usual.
